Jonathan and Shanna began their entrepreneurial journey in 2008 with the purchase of their first seamless rain gutter machine. As a husband-and-wife team, they started out small—taking on jobs during evenings and weekends. Within just two years, their dedication and craftsmanship transformed their side work into a thriving full-time business. In 2016, they expanded Into Seamless Siding and windows. By 2024, the lifelong Alaskans made the decision to move their family of six to Southwest Florida, ready to begin a new chapter and bring their experience, skills, and values to the community.
Jonathan comes from a family of builders, where craftsmanship has been handed down for generations. Growing up in Kodiak, Alaska, he worked alongside his father building custom homes, installing seamless rain gutters, and commercial fishing. These early experiences shaped his strong work ethic and expertise in construction.
Shanna, raised in Seward, Alaska, grew up immersed in her family’s businesses. From an early age, she learned the importance of marketing, business ethics, and administration—skills she has carried forward to support and grow their ventures together.
Together, Jonathan and Shanna bring a blend of hands-on craftsmanship, entrepreneurial spirit, and family values to every project they take on. Their story is built on hard work, integrity, and a shared vision of creating lasting results for Collier County Home owners.
